The following programs have deliverables with defined quality and the fee is calculated based on the client's assessment of quality of service delivery:

1. The "Review" step in the ROSADO Program

2. The part of our Solution R&D program that delivers product development strategy and includes itemized budget estimates.

The other parts of the above programs are charged on a time & material basis.

Most of our programs are also available on a time & material basis. Time is charged based on estimates of man-hours needed for deliverables valued at $99 per man-hour or lower depending upon the required skill level. The man-hour estimates and man-hour rates are agreed in advance with clients.

The material cost is charged as per the landed cost of material needed for the deliverables. Landed cost includes material cost plus any direct procurement cost without any overhead allocations.

In addition taxes are added where applicable.

Our M&A Clients that require us help them find buyers, co-founders, partners or shareholders for their business will be charged with a commission up to 9% of the purchase price as per the terms of engagement in addition to any agreed effort based fee as explained above.
